If you are not satisfied with your Premium membership, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to give us a reason.

This covers your first payment, any renewal payment, and Lifetime purchases. We refund one charge per request.

How to request a refund

1. Open our Help page and choose 'Refund' as the subject.
2. Give us the email address on your account so that we can find your payment.
3. Submit the form.

We reply within one business day. Once your refund is approved it is processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling and refunding are not the same thing

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not return a payment you have already made. If you want both, cancel your membership and request a refund.

To cancel, sign in, open your Account page and click 'Cancel'. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Please contact us before contacting your bank

If you do not recognize a charge from us, please get in touch before you open a dispute with your bank. Payments for Pdfconverter.now are handled by our reseller Paddle, so the charge appears on your statement under the Paddle name rather than ours. That is the most common reason a charge from us looks unfamiliar.

We can usually sort this out the same day. A refund also reaches you faster than a bank dispute, which takes several weeks to settle.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to the rights you have under the law where you live, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Who processes your payment
